Did Google Blow it in Front of Millions of People?

This is what I have been discussing with friends and other people in the internet marketing “biz”. So far the answer has been a resounding “no” (if you haven’t seen it, sodium ampicillin I have placed it at the bottom of this page). In fact, I would venture to say Google was the big “winner” as far as Super Bowl commercials go. Other than the fact that Google’s Super Bowl commercial cost about $6 million for their one minute spot (from what I can guess), anyone with any experience as an internet marketer could have made that commercial.

You see, that is the beauty of video marketing? Anyone at any experience level can make a video commercial just like Google did, only yours will play again and again on YouTube, Facebook, Viddler, DailyMotion, or any one of the various video sharing sites we can use. All you need is a headset and microphone, and either a web cam, video camera or some basic screen capture software. Literally anyone can make a “Google Super Bowl Commercial” to promote their business, their hobby, or just to have fun.

Now there is another aspect to Google’s Super Bowl Commercial that really made some waves. I was listening to Howard Stern this week and he was talking about it on his show. He said, “I moneygram didn’t know you could use Google like that.” He is not alone. There are still millions of people that simply don’t know how powerful Google really is when it comes to finding answers and solutions to problems. However, as we move in to the next decade, people are going to realize that you can ask Google for anything and you are going to get some great answers. That is what Google does. This is also the power of the “long tail keyword” for your business.

So the bottom line here is this, in my eyes Google’s Super Bowl Commercial DID blow it. They blew it for all those affiliate marketers out there that aren’t using video and who aren’t expanding their audience with good, solid long tail keywords. Google showed how powerful they really are, but they also blew it for some of us.

Please feel free to re-tweet this post and share it with your friends. acomplia prices Now here is that outstanding commercial:
